The new Resolution Air Pinch valve design meets today's demanding high resolution flow control challenges whereby separation between fluid and control valve is paramount. Previously this could only be accomplished with a manually operated control valve. The newly developed Resolution Air Pinch Valve series has been engineered to meet the needs of the most challenging precision's flow applications in industries such as bio-chemical, food and beverage, and medical.


By utilising stepper motor 0005”/steps linear travel, high sealing force, low power consumption, and a locking lead screw. In addition, power is only required to adjust position not maintain position, reducing power consumption. Resolution Air's unique design physically separates the valve from corrosive or high purity process fluids, while providing the incremental flow control offered in a conventional proportional valve.


The Resolution Air valve pinches a fluid filled, pressurised, low durometer tube to regulate the flow of the liquid or gas through the tube. The design incorporates a stepper linear actuator and custom piston, which provide precision proportional control functioning in the valve. In addition, with the actuators locking lead screw, power is only required when changing position. Available in a variety of size configurations to meet a wide range of needs. Resolution Air  Pinch Valves are ideally suited for use in portable and handheld equipment designed for analytical and diagnostic processes.


Sanitary High Resolution Valve


Fluid seperation and flow metering are now available in one single high performance valve. This unique valve design combines the benefits of pinch valve fluid seperation with proportional valve control for sanitary processes which require highly accurate fluid metering ensuring cleanliness and sterility. 



Miniature Proportional Pinch Valve Series


The newly developed MPPVS generates significantly more pinch force than the traditional solenoid valve without the expense of compressed air. This series of valves has been engineered to meet the
