Miniature Proportional Pinch Valves

 

The new range of Miniature Proportional Pinch valves meets today's demanding high-resolution flow control challenges, whereby separation between fluid and control valve is paramount. Previously, this could only be accomplished with a manually operated control valve. The newly developed Resolution Air Pinch Valve series has been engineered to meet the needs of the most challenging precision flow applications in industries such as bio-chemical, food and beverage, and medical.

 

 

We offer high-performance media separated proprtional controlled pinch valves.  These are tailored for medical, sanitary and non-contact applications.  These valves ensure high resolution and precise media separated flow control.

 

 

MPPV and PPV Advantages

A primary benefit of proportional pinch valves is automating the metering process of liquids and gases in open and closed loop control systems. Additionally PPV's are also being utilised in applications requiring simple ON/OFF control because they generate significantly higher pinch forces(4x-8x) compared to a traditional solenoid pinch valve. As a result, our valves are quickly replacing traditional low-force solenoid pinch valves in many markets, including medical device and life sciences, where precise sanitary fluid metering is critical to the application.

MPPV-PS Position Sensor Series. This advanced feature integrates a compact position sensor, offering precise linear position feedback for critical fluid handling applications. Miniature Proportional Pinch Valve-IP65 Rated Series (MPPV-EN-Series)

The MPPV-EN series provides protection against dust and water jet ingress. The addition of a IP65 rated enclosure offers further value for the MPPV technology in sanitary processes. The MPPV-EN series enclosure means barriers associated with environmental conditions are eliminated. This IP65-rated valve makes the advantages of the MPPV design attainable for a wider range of systems and applications. The incorporation of robust M12 connector technology streamlines installation and wiring, adding to MPPV-EN series advantages.

 

MPPV-PS-EN Miniature Proportional Pinch Valve (MPPV-PS-EN-Series)

MPPV-PS-EN series combines both the compact position sensor, precise linear feedback with an IP65 rated enclosure. Real-time data on valve position ensures that you can track and adjust performance instantly, leading to higher accuracy and control. One of the key innovations is the ability to retain position data even in the event of a power loss, removing the need for valve rehoming and ensuring smooth, uninterrupted operation.

 

 

 

Easy Pinch Controller (EP-1)

The (EP-1) is a compact motion control system combining a high-performance stepper motor driver, an intelligent controller with a full-colour touch screen HMI. Purpose-built to optimise the performance of our patented Proportional Pinch Valves, the EP-1 enables fast deployment, simplified validation, and consistent performance. It’s dual mode design supports both 4-20 mA analog as well as digital on/off control. This all-in-one architecture simplifies system design, reduces wiring complexity,  and improves reliability in automation environments. In addition, the EP-1 enables single-use system designers to simplify motion control, accelerate equipment deployment, and maintain consistent performance, while supporting the flexibility that disposable bioprocessing demands.
